The Standard Fall Clean-up includes: - Everything in the Basic Package - Garden Bed Cleanup & Edge Trimming - Bagging of Up to 6 Large Bags of Debris (left for city pickup) - Service Includes Up to 3 Hours of Labour - Additional Time Billed at $75/hour in 15-Minute Increments - Ideal for Medium to Large Yards or Moderate Seasonal Debris Add-Ons Available: - Fall Fertilizer Application — $49.99 (up to 4000 sq. ft.) - Overseeding — $49.99 (up to 4000 sq. ft.) This package ensures your outdoor space remains neat and inviting. Removing debris and maintaining clean edges improves curb appeal and prepares your lawn for healthy new growth in the coming season.
Cancellation Policy
Either Party may terminate this Contract by providing 14 days written notice to the other Party. This Contract may also be terminated by the Parties' mutual agreement. Notwithstanding such termination, the client is responsible for paying all services rendered. Except as otherwise provided in this Contract, the Contractor’s obligations will cease upon termination.
