Service Description
The Basic Lawn Package includes: - Maintenance for both front and back lawns. - Comprehensive mowing and trimming bi-weekly for a neat, polished appearance. Optional add-ons (each @ $14.99/month): - Fertilizer application for healthier, greener grass. - Weed control applicator to maintain a weed-free lawn. - Bagging of grass clippings for easy cleanup. Property Size Small (e.g. Townhouse): Under 35' x 120' Medium (+$34.99/month) (e.g. Detached Home): 35' x 120' to 50' x 120' Large (+$49.99/month) (e.g. Luxury Detached Home): Over 50' x 120' Note: The base price is $99.99. Additional add-ons and property size will be confirmed upon appointment confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Either Party may terminate this Contract by providing 14 days written notice to the other Party. This Contract may also be terminated by the Parties' mutual agreement. Notwithstanding such termination, the client is responsible for paying all services rendered. Except as otherwise provided in this Contract, the Contractor’s obligations will cease upon termination.
