Service Description
The Basic Acreage Package includes: - Bi-Weekly mowing and edge trimming of all open lawn areas around your home, driveways, and outbuildings Note: The Base Price is $199.99 / month / acre*. Property Size will be Confirmed Upon Appointment Confirmation. Note. - All lawn care packages include up to 2 visits per month. In months with 5 weeks, service is limited to 2 visits to keep pricing consistent.
Cancellation Policy
Either Party may terminate this Contract by providing 14 days written notice to the other Party. This Contract may also be terminated by the Parties' mutual agreement. Notwithstanding such termination, the client is responsible for paying all services rendered. Except as otherwise provided in this Contract, the Contractor’s obligations will cease upon termination.
